Oddyssey Terms of Service:
Odyssey Solutions members are subject to the following (“Terms of Service”). OS, the company hereafter referred to as, (“Odyssey Solutions“), (“Us”), (“We”) and The Client, (“Customer”), (“Client”) and (“You”). Use of Aspire Development services constitutes acceptance and agreement to the ToS (“Terms of Service”).

Conditions Of Use:
We will provide services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you use our services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

Refunds & Disputes:
Odyssey Solutions provides "No money-back guarantee. By submitting payment, you agree to our Terms of Service. If a billing dispute/chargeback such as but not limited to PayPal dispute/chargeback is raised there will be no refund.

Liability:
Odyssey Solutions under no circumstances, shall be held liable for any data loss, disruption of information, or distribution of information including that of unauthorized access to our server systems or any other loss of data. You're responsible for actions done to your product.
